Counting calories

HEY.

Back in track. it is so.. awesome(:

now i know what it truly feels like to miss something when it is gone.

and compared to sprints, it was so lax

maybe to me luh cause never train so long

BUT SERIOUSLY
we did warm up right
then medicine ball until 5.10

then warm down. 3k jog

end of day

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT.
i bet they were dying at cat high ><

anyway, i ate double cheese burger today

gosh. so nice. i think i would have eaten more if not for the fact that im BROKE.

and honestly, i'm proud of me-self (:

first steaks, milk, then ice cream and now macs

IM RECOVERING YAY.
still a tad hesitant about chocolates though
i eat loads to candy now HAHA

cause keep sleeping in class

and maybe next time
i'll be eating deep fried stuff. wow. ok maybe not

yeah i found a way to overcome the eating thingy.
