Everything but some fruit juices and water

Chocolate

Cupcakes
Almost everything but fruits.

MEAT
Pork
Beef
Veal
Mutton
Everything but fish and chicken.

Fishball Noodles
Fried Rice
Char Kway Teow

Yam paste
Chicken rice
Duck Rice
Duck noodles
Carrot cake
Ban Mian

AND EVERYTHING ELSE BECAUSE ITS FUCKING HIGH IN CALORIES AND FATS AND CARBS

You see the foods that have been bolded?
They are the ones I binged on.
Yam paste was when they let me out for a wedding dinner
(When I was at KK)
all i ate was Yam Paste.
and I couldn't stop

had an anxiety attack afterwards.

anyway. this is NOT working out. the list is endless.
let me tell you what I will eat without dying.


1. Special K Cereal
2. HL Low-Fat strawberry milk
3. MeiJi crackers
4. Brown rice
5. White Rice
6. STEAMED eggs
7. Pan fried fish
8. Steamed fish
9. Chicken, anything un-fried.
10. Steamed/raw vegetables
11. Most fruits. except Durian, Mango, Mangosteen etc.
12. Plain/Raspberry bread
13. Tofu
14. Japanese food (Sushi, Ramen, Udon)
15. Low fat/ frozen yogurt
16. sweets, low caloric snacks.
17. Egg white

that's basically it.
the slanted foods are usually not first choice.
I only eat them when my total caloric count is <1000

anything else...
I just can't stop thinking about it. and skip dinner

either that or I'll go on a binge.
because

Since I already fucked up my caloric count for the day, hey, why not do it more? not like it will make any difference, going to grow fat either way


SO IN CONCLUSION.
I don't trust hawker centers, food courts or fast food restaurants.

At home, i only trust my mum/ grandfather to prepare my food.
cause I keep thinking that other people will try to slip other stuff in.
like oil omg. or sugar or fatty food. or egg yolk or something. fucking hell.

then they will touch my good food and it will be contaminated and i'll gain extra calories.
I think my mum did that once. accidentally
when I just came home.

freaked the hell out and didn't eat at all.

but she kinda knows now :D
and my grandfather is just scared of me breaking down. haiz.

so either that or i make stuff myself. best and easiest.
and no body gets heart attacks.
