obliviate



I REALLY love breakfast so much
It's the one and only time I can eat without guilt. at all


It's honestly my favourite part of the day.
I freaking wake up each morning happily to eat my cereal and milk <3
while reading a book


only because of what I read


too easily influenced, I know
but during that period of time, I believed everything on the internet


Green tea, Apple cider, chilli = lose weight/ metabolism
Push ups and sit ups every morning = abs
Showering in ice cold water = losing kcals. maybe. to a certain extent
ice cubes
pineapples
lemons
eating food in a certain order.


actually the last one is easy enough to figure out.
but whatever the case
i also read that eating breakfast in the morning kicks start you metabolism rate
i still believe it up till now


how much truth that holds.. i'm not finding out.
It lets me eat breakfast.
even then.
when it was basically just a glass of milk and an egg


now i've been dragged into those beliefs again. just a few


ice cubes, pineapple, watermelon, cold showers, sitting up straight.


new ones:
steam egg (very little kcals, proteins)
fish and chicken. sometimes.
lettuce
water.
brown rice
breakfast.


WELL. at least i'm eating?? don't work up worries.


anyway, ran 1500m today for sports day!


FREAKING AMAZINGLY HAPPY WITH MYSELF.
800m was disappointing. got a third.. i think
but I might get first for 1500!


that is, if no one is faster, they have not collate the results yet
